    This back/blue velvet dress is in good condition.  There is discoloration of the velvet... it might be from the sun or it might be dust that might fade with a gentle cleaning.
    Therefore, please bid where you will accept the dress as is.
    The dress measures approximately 10" long, 16" across the hem, 2" across the neck, 4" across the shoulders, and the arm openings are 1".
    The material is velvet on the outside with a cotton lining.  Lace trims outside and inside
    The dress snaps closed.
